Bartending Rates
$40–$50 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Reduced rates for multi-day and large events
20% gratuity is automatically added to the total staffing cost for your convenience
(not included in the hourly rate)
Recommended Staffing
To maintain high-quality, efficient service:
- 1 bartender for every 75 guests
Optional Bar Supply Packages
For an additional fee, we offer the following Everything-But-The-Alcohol bar packages
All packages are Everything-But-The-Alcohol — liquor, beer, wine, and champagne are not included.
Pricing varies by event length:
- Ice Only – $2–$3:50 pp
- Cups, Napkins & Stirrers – $2–$5 pp
- Mixers Only – $4–$7 pp
- Mixers + Garnishes – $6–$12 pp
- Ice + Mixers – $5–$8 pp
- Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station – $3–$6 pp
- Everything-But-The-Alcohol Package – $9–$14 pp
Perfect for weddings, private parties, mobile bars & DIY alcohol setups (you provide the alcohol, we provide the staff).
