What We Bring & What You Provide
Our professional bartenders arrive with the standard tools needed for bar service, including:
- Bottle openers
- Wine openers
- Cocktail shakers
- Basic bartending tools and equipment
Clients provide the alcohol, beverages, and bar supplies needed for their selected drink menu, including:
- Liquor, beer, wine, and seltzers
- Bottled water
- Mixers and non-alcoholic beverages
- Garnishes
- Cups, napkins, and stirrers
- Ice for serving and chilling
- Cooler(s) for chilling beer, wine, seltzers, and other beverages
- A separate clean cooler for serving ice
- Any specialty ingredients requested for signature cocktails

Pricing
- Professional Bartenders: Starting at $45/hour per bartender
- For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is automatically added and clearly itemized on all proposals and invoices
- 4-Hour Minimum
- Reduced rates may be available for package deals, large and multi-day events
- Travel within our standard Central Florida service area is included. Extended travel is billed at $25/hour per staff member, when applicable

Alcohol is always provided by the client.
For an additional fee, we offer the following bar supply options to make planning and setup easier.

- Ice Only – Serving Ice: $2.00–$3.00 per person
- Ice Only – Serving + Chilling Ice: $3.50–$5.50 per person
- Cups, Napkins & Stirrers: $2.50–$3.75 per person
- Mixers Only: $4.50–$5.75 per person
- Mixers + Garnishes: $7.00–$9.50 per person
- Ice (Serving) + Mixers: $6.00–$7.25 per person
- Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station: $3.50–$4.75 per person
- Everything-But-The-Alcohol (EBTA): $10.50–$12.50 per person
Includes mixers, juices, serving & chilling ice, cups, napkins, stirrers, fresh garnishes, bottled water, bar tools and cooler ice. Alcohol not included.
Add-Ons
Bottled Water: $1.50–$2.00 per person
Includes bottled water for guests, transport, restocking and waste coverage.

Professional beverage coolers are available in multiple sizes for chilling beer, wine, champagne, seltzers, soft drinks, bottled water and other beverages.
Perfect for weddings, private parties, mobile bars & DIY alcohol setups — you provide the alcohol, and we can provide the bartenders and bar essentials.
