Before Your Guests Arrive

Our team arrives one hour before guest arrival to prepare your event for smooth, professional service. Depending on your event and selected services we may:

• Prepare buffet tables and kitchen chafers for food service and replenishment 
• Prepare service stations for family-style or plated dinner service 
• Set up appetizer table(s) and/or prepare for butler-passed appetizers for an elegant experience
• Prepare water service for guest tables
• Set up Dessert Table
• Other event details as requested 

During Your Event

Depending on your event and selected services, our professional staff can:

• Butler-pass appetizers 
• Provide attentive water service  
• Serve buffet, plated, or family-style meals 
• Manage portion control 
• Toast service 
• Cake service 
• Replenish food and dessert stations 
• Maintain clean guest tables and service areas

After Your Event

Our team stays one hour for full clean-up, including:

• Tear-down and general event clean-up 
• Packing up remaining food and desserts 
• Sweep & mop kitchen 
• trash removal 
• Scraping, rinsing, and racking used china, flatware, and glassware 

Toast service, cake cutting, and water service are always complimentary.

 Every event is different. Recommended staffing is based on your guest count, dinner service style, serviceware, event timeline, and overall service needs.

General Staffing Guidelines

• Buffet – Disposable Dinnerware:
  Approximately 1 server per 35–40 guests 
• Buffet – China & Glassware:
  Approximately 1 server per 20 guests 
• Buffet with Portion Control:
  Approximately 1 server for every 2 chafing dishes, plus 1 or more server for food replenishment (depending on Guest count) 
• Plated / Sit-Down Dinner:
  Approximately 1 server per 20 guests for table service, plus 2–3 additional servers for back-of-house plating, depending on the menu, guest count, and service timeline. Plated dinners require a coordinated back-of-house and floor service team to plate meals and efficiently serve all guests within a reasonable timeframe. For example, a 100-guest plated dinner may require approximately 7–8 servers.  
• Family-Style Dinner:
  Approximately 1 server per 20 guests 

Additional staffing may be recommended for cocktail hour and butler-passed appetizers, multiple courses, water or table service, multiple food stations, extensive setup or cleanup, china and glassware, venue logistics, or a tighter event timeline.

During your complimentary consultation, we'll review your event details and recommend the appropriate staffing for smooth, professional service.

• For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is automatically added and clearly itemized on all proposals and invoices. 
• 4-Hour Minimum 
•  Rates may vary based on the event date, staffing needs, and seasonal demand. Peak-season and holiday rates may apply. 
• Reduced rates may be available for large and multi-day events 
• Travel within our standard Central Florida service area is included. Extended travel is billed at $25/hour per staff member, when applicable
