Since 1993, we’ve helped clients host unforgettable weddings, Indian weddings, cultural ceremonies, private parties, and corporate gatherings throughout Orlando and Central Florida.
What We Do for You
Our team arrives one hour before your event to handle every detail of setup, including buffets, appetizers, tablescapes, décor, and guest areas. During your event, our staff will:
- Butler-pass appetizers
- Provide attentive water service
- Serve buffet, plated, or family-style meals
- Manage portion control
- Replenish food and dessert stations
- Maintain clean guest tables
After your event, we stay one hour for full clean-up, including tear-down, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and handling of china, flatware, and glassware.
Cake cutting and water service are always complimentary.
Staffing & Pricing
$40–$50 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Reduced rates for multi-day and large events.
20% gratuity is automatically added to the total staffing cost for your convenience
(not included in the hourly rate)
Recommended Staffing
• 1 server per 20 guests (china & glassware)
• 1 server per 40 guests (disposable dinnerware)
